A nurse took the tired, anxious serviceman to the bedside.

“Your son is here,” she said to the old man.

She had to repeat the words several times before the patient’s eyes opened.

Heavily sedated because of the pain of his heart attack, he dimly saw the

young uniformed Marine standing outside the oxygen tent. He reached out his

hand. The Marine wrapped his toughened fingers around the old man’s limp

ones, squeezing a message of love and encouragement.

The nurse brought a chair so that the Marine could sit beside the bed.

All through the night the young Marine sat there in the poorly lightedward,

holding the old man’s hand and offering him words of love and strength.

Occasionally, the nurse suggested that the Marine move away and rest awhile.

He refused. Whenever the nurse came into the ward, the Marine was oblivious

of her and of the night noises of the hospital – the clanking of the oxygen

tank, the laughter of the night staff members exchanging greetings, the

cries and moans of the other patients.

Now and then she heard him say a few gentle words. The dying man said

nothing, only held tightly to his son all through the night.

Along towards dawn, the old man died. The Marine released the now lifeless

hand he had been holding and went to tell the nurse. While she did what she

had to do, he waited.

Finally, she returned. She started to offer words of sympathy, but the

Marine interrupted her.

“Who was that man?” he asked.

The nurse was startled, “He was your father,” she answered.

“No, he wasn’t,” the Marine replied. “I never saw him before in my life.”

“Then why didn’t you say something when I took you to him?”

“I knew right away there had been a mistake,

but I also knew he needed his son, and his

son just wasn’t here.

When I realized that he was too sick to tell

whether or not I was his son,

knowing how much he needed me, I stayed.”

Have you ever had the feeling that what you’re hearing is

more than just words?

I think we’ve all been aware at one time or another that what

is being shared with us has an agenda, a twist, a double meaning

beyond the information that we’re hearing.  Maybe we cannot put our finger on

what it is and one thing is for certain; the person who is talking is conveying

more than their words tell.  I know there have been times when I had an agenda and

chose my words carefully to protect the outcome I was in search of.  Did the person I

was speaking to hear my agenda? Conversations are one of the many ways we

do or don’t connect with one another.

Becoming more and more aware of what you bring to

conversations, relationships, life…. allows you to

manifest more of what you want naturally without

manipulating or struggling.  My Intention in conversations

is to be present and to really connect with the other person.

When transparent intentions, judgements, filters get activated

I take care of myself by acknowledging them and own them

as mine without projecting them as judgements onto

the other person.  I ask for clarification on what I hear if

I feel triggered/ reactive and allow the other person to

tell me what is going on for them instead of assuming I already know!

A New Name for God?

I share this article with you because I have great interest in expressing the

experiences I have when I feel one with God.  As the questioner in the article

admits he feels the word God has a lot of baggage, I agree.

So is there another name?  Read on:

Life?

Energy?

None will do, but we need to look somewhere for a new way to describe the bearer of eternity.

Thank you for your perceptive question, which has forced me to think

about this issue in a new way to answer it — or at least to keep the conversation

going. I need to make some distinctions or clarifications.

There is a difference between the experience of God and the explanation

of the experience. Religion tends to assume they are the same. Theism is a human

explanation of the experience of God; it is not God. The experience can be real or delusional.

The explanation will never be eternal.  No explanation ever is.

Personhood is the deepest experience of our lives as human beings

and we cannot escape its boundaries. We describe everything in terms of

that reality. That is why we think of God after the analogy of a person. We can also never

get into the being of God, or of a fellow mammal, a reptile, a fish or an insect.

We define each out of the reference of our own personhood. The same is true for every other creature.

Xenophanes said it in the third century before the Common Era, “If horses had Gods,

they would look like horses.”

The concept of God has been evolving as long as there have been human

beings. In animism, which appears to have been the earliest human religion, God was defined

as multiple spirits in a spirit-filled world. These spirits caused everything to do the things

that we human beings observed happening. The sun moved, the moon turned,

the flowers bloomed and the trees bore fruit. Animism sought to help us relate to and

win the favor of these animating spirits. When we human beings moved into

agricultural communities, God was defined in terms of the processes of fertility.

When we grew into tribes on our way toward nation states, God became a tribal deity.

In the Gods of Olympus, animism and tribal deities were merged into a hierarchy of

Gods ruled by the head (chief) of the Gods (Jupiter, Zeus) but with animistic functions

still being defined by spirits (Neptune and Cupid, for example). Finally, we moved

into a concept of God’s oneness and God began to grow vaguer and more mysterious.

During our history, definitions of God have been born, changed and died

and that is the process that is going on today. Our knowledge is expanding and our

definition of God will expand with it. The God who was thought to ride across the sky as the sun,

changed as our knowledge of the sun grew.

So what do we do?

Allow the name to evolve. In the Hebrew Scriptures, God is identified

with wind and breath, concepts that eventually evolved into the word Spirit.

God was identified with love, as the expander of life, and evolved into the

understanding of the Christ figure as “love incarnate.” God is also identified with the idea

of “rock” and evolved into the Ground of Being that we identify with the old patriarchal word Father.

I do not believe that in the last analysis any human being can actually define or redefine

God, whether we call God the Holy, the Sense of Transcendence or anything else, but I do

believe we can experience this presence and I do believe it is real. When we experience this

presence I know of no other way to describe it except as “God.” History teaches us that

the word God is never static; it is always in flux and ever changing.

I suggest that we not be frightened and allow that process to continue.

I will continue to think about it because of you. So I thank you for your question.

Have you ever gone somewhere with someone and you became

separated from them? There might have been some angst about whether

or not to stay put in one location or just continue to circle especially

if there was no plan in case this happened.

Well, I think looking and finding your next partner,

your next job, your next anything is already ‘out there’ looking for you.

If you are following your heart then what you desire is truly yours.

Do you have some beliefs that tell you:

*I have to work hard to find what you want

*What I want isn’t out there

* I don’t deserve to have what I want

*I’m a little bit afraid of getting what I want

*I’d rather be safe and not take the risks

* Being disappointed again isn’t worth the risk

There are a lot of thoughts and beliefs you might be holding that sabatoge

your desires being fulfilled and yet  you still dream and long for them.

To that I say BRAVO you can still dream!

Some have stopped dreaming, wanting, desiring and that I find sad.

Emmett Fox wrote in his book;

THE POWER OF CONSTRUCTIVE THINKING,

“If what you have is not your desire it is not yours leave, you are

taking someone else’s dream. He also said that if it’s in your heart’s

desire, it’s already yours”!

Here is one of his poems:

No gulf that enough love will not bridge;

I share all of this with you to say that I have found that when I am

searching hard I am not feeling love.  When I am looking at everyone

as a potential partner etc… I am not really seeing them.

Think back now about the scenario I placed before you

where two people were separated and had a decision to make as

to how to go about finding the other.  Which would you choose?

I suggest that the one that kept searching and going in circles

was harder to be found than the one that carefully chose a place

to BE and wait.  ( BE STill and Wait) a famous  directive.

The one who chose to be found rather than find

was almost certainly more relaxed, more calm, and perhaps even

had more trust!  So we choose sometimes to find and sometimes

to be found, you will know which feels right for you and keep in mind

that if you are sitting in Love and experiencing what it is you want

before you have it in consciousness you WILL most certainly be FOUND.

way of saying be found!

In the past we have had brief glimpses of Golden Ages. They existed because great beings and avatars illuminated particular areas of the planet. Legends arose of mysterious realms such as Atlantis, Lemuria, Shamballa and Shangri-la. They are visions of utopian culture. It is still possible to see the beautiful temples of Classical Greece, Ancient Egypt, and the opulence of Persia and marvel at the magnificent beauty and technology oftentimes surpassing modern times. Later, the art and culture of the Renaissance, especially in Italy, continued the legacy of grace. Sculptures and paintings exalted form and substance into divine elegance, celebrating the creative inspiration of humanity. The intricacies of Mayan and Aztec architecture remind us of our galactic origins and human potentiality. This 7th Golden Age is heralded as a permanent one where it is possible for every person to actualize their divine identity as sons and daughters of God. Humanity can step into a new arena of ease and elegance where struggle and strife are distant memories, powerless and ironic reminders of pettiness and limitation.

In the 7th Golden Age we shall experience one thousand years of peace, prosperity and abundance! We are the pioneers, the avatars and initiators of bringing heaven to earth. We are the harbingers of contact and contract with our galactic brothers and sisters in knowledge and evolution. Now is our opportunity to move beyond the familiar into the potentiality of the vibrant frequencies of light and life. Now is the time to realize we are the co-creative forces of life with the divine. As you believe, so shall it be! The time is now!

The Physics of Ascension

Essentially, the Ascension Program is the energetic process of infusing all physical matter with a faster oscillation of light. This transforms all substance into a higher, lighter and more malleable frequency. Tangible reality becomes less fixed and definite and we develop an awareness of previously unseen or unacknowledged worlds and possibilities. Boundaries between 3rd dimensional existence and the spirit world decrease and we increasingly hear reports of sightings and communications from angels, devas and other 4th dimensional and inter-dimensional beings. We can look around us and see how the angelic kingdom has become more accessible in TV shows, movies, cards, statues and channeled messages on the Internet.

Individually, we are changing a consciousness based on conditioned beliefs founded in duality and the illusion of separation to an expanded consciousness of unity and co-creation with God. This is the divine plan for earth and for humanity. The seeds of peace and harmony are sprouting from the fertile seeds of discord. Those souls called to be wayshowers for Ascension have completed many initiations and have traversed the trials and tribulations of duality to gain the wisdom and sovereignty to create a new world. This will be the 7th Golden Age, a paradise world of unlimited potential and freedom, established in spiritual law and expressing itself in joy, creativity and magnificent beauty.

If you have been drawn to this material you have undoubtedly been experiencing a reordering of priorities and values. Some of you will have undergone dramatic awakenings and extreme changes and for others it will be more of a remembering and a knowing. Each person will be given opportunities to join one of the 12 waves of Ascension according to their soul plan. Therefore, to be in integrity it is appropriate to focus on your own inner guidance and growth process and allow others to respond in their own divine timing. Some souls are holding back in order to serve us by triggering our shadow aspects into conscious awareness so we can integrate and transform them. Through willing participation in this process of self-transformation, the human ego personality becomes an effective tool of our Higher Self.

True freedom will be restored to our inner state of being when we experience our oneness with God and our unity with each other and all life. When this is authentically realized, power will express as the ability to act creatively for the greater good. Power over others will be but a dim dream we once had. Love will be unconditional and inclusive of all life-forms as part of God’s creation. Wisdom, attained from the distillation of our experiences, together with soul knowledge and our evolving intuition will allow us to take our place with other beings, planets and life-forms vibrating at the 5th dimensional frequency and beyond. Our earth will become a star and we shall take our place amongst the star nations. The promised 7th.Golden Age will be our manifest reality. As we become capable of vibrating at a faster frequency and can inhabit and sustain our lightbodies, truth, goodness and divinity will reign supreme. It is our destiny to Ascend.

This fun video link above from School House Rock

is a fun and informative song about how a bill

becomes a Law.  I remember watching it with my

children years ago.

There are many steps that a proposed law (bill) passes

through before it is signed into law by the President.

What this video does not show are all the additional

stuff (pork) that gets added along the way to get the support of

other legislators to garner their support.

John and I will be discussing how it is possible for a clear

and concise proposal becomes a document that is so weighed

down by additional proposals that there is more Pork than Bill!
