The Trust Factor
February 12, 2010
What’s Trust got to do with it? ain’t nothing but…. oh no
that’s a song.. lol.
Yeah what does trust have to do with living the life we want,
improving our relationships, generating connection, and thriving?
*Can you think of some areas in your life that wouldn’t improve
if you increased your level of trust?
* Are there areas of your life where you’re still self-conscious?
* How often do you not feel ‘safe’?
My friend Ruth Hartman and I will discuss this very topic to answer
these and more questions.
As always we welcome your calls Live Fridays

Karen – Thank you for inviting me to your show and for the great conversations we have. I gained more insights and thought of more ways of exercising trust in my life as we spoke.
Leif – thank you for calling in and for providing a safe place for us to experience trust through your Playformation and other events.
Listeners – Thank you for your trust in sharing your time with us and joining in on this conversation. It means a lot to us to share with you! It's a big happy circle that we are all part of.
You’re Welcome Ruth, thank you for playing!
Hi Ruth,
I just listened to the recording. I also thought that that exercise was amazing. I was glad that I got to be the last one where I just stood still supported by everyone. It was a feeling like I never had felt before in my entire life. I could have easily cried right there on the spot! It was one of those moments that reminded me of an exercise in biofeedback. Going with your mind into a peaceful place. I will be able to recall the feeling of being supported in the middle of that circle when I need to de-stress! It was great to be reminded of it through the recording.
I will copy this and let Karen know how I appreciated being reminded of that day as well.
Thank you!
Great read, well-written.
Thanks a ton for this, I appreciate the info
You are very welcome. Stay tuned, there’s more! Karen
